My Journey to EMF Wellness

I'm Carrie, and I live in Florida with my three beautiful children, our beloved animals, and our little homestead sanctuary. We're a Torah-observant family (not religious in the traditional sense, but simply seeking to align our lives with God's natural design). My deepest passion is helping others reclaim the divine gift of vibrant health. You'll find me happiest in my food forest, hands in the earth, planting native species and fruit trees that honor the land.

Our family's wellness journey has been both transformative and, at times, deeply painful. In 2008, shortly after my second child was born, I developed a severe MRSA infection. Because I was nursing my baby, my intuition guided me away from antibiotics and toward natural remedies. Not only did my body heal rapidly, but I discovered gentle, effective solutions for my son's croupy cough and my daughter's persistent rashes and allergies. That's when we uncovered the hidden threats in our environment: toxic mold and deadly organochloride pesticides silently compromising our sanctuary.

I became unapologetically "crunchy." I realized our culture had lost ancient wisdom about raising naturally healthy children. Experienced mothers mentored me through this awakening, and I felt called to pay that gift forward. Perhaps I could help other families avoid the suffering we endured? I became an Elimination Communication mentor and a Chapter Leader for the Weston A. Price Foundation, joyfully supporting families' access to nourishing food and honoring local farmers who work in harmony with the earth.

Then 2017 arrived with devastating loss. My mother passed shortly after my 50th birthday. The day I returned from her funeral, my husband left. We'd been building our dream, a small log cabin in the woods, and suddenly I faced it alone with almost no income. Our vision was crumbling. No matter how perfectly I ate or what supplements I took, my health was failing again. I genuinely wasn't sure I'd survive.

Friends kept mentioning PEMF therapy (a pulsed electromagnetic field mat that uses healing frequencies). Honestly, it seemed impossible to consider in my devastation. But a precious friend (one of those earth angels) loaned me her mat. Within 30 days, my orthopedic pain dissolved and my energy flooded back. By God's grace, I purchased my own mat, and over six months, my health transformed profoundly. Yes, the past eight years have held heartbreak, and divorce remains a daily reality. But we didn't just survive. In many ways, we thrived.

Through that darkness came revelation. I'd always focused on eating MORE nourishing foods and LESS toxic ones. But my PEMF healing shifted everything. I began thinking in terms of frequency. If my body flourished when exposed to MORE healing frequencies, what would happen with LESS harmful frequencies? What even were "unhealthy frequencies"? Did God have a design for electromagnetic harmony just as He did for nutrition?

The epiphany was profound. I began systematically reducing our exposure to artificial, non-native EMFs. My children and I felt noticeably better. We recovered faster from illness. Our natural resistance strengthened. Our home became a true sanctuary again.

Today, as a Certified EMF Specialist, I offer residential, commercial, and real estate EMF evaluations with compassion and scientific precision. I host free educational workshops for practitioners and wellness-minded communities because this knowledge belongs to everyone. You might also find me serving as a Weston A.
